My parents’ last full day in England before heading back to Australia fell on Father’s Day here in the UK, so we hosted a celebratory afternoon tea at our place over the weekend.
I baked a batch of my spinach, feta, tomato and chilli savoury muffins (see the Recipes page for more), and my mother-in-law did some fantastic scones that we enjoyed warm with jam and double cream, washed down with a bottle of prosecco. Oh, the calories!
Mr Q and I have decided to detox now that our guests have left, so stay tuned for some more healthy recipes on chillimarmalade.com!

Me too! The muffins can be frozen for a few months, so I try not to eat them all in one go, but they’re just too yummy when they’re warm and fresh from the oven…
